Who processes your data
The data controller is Foodbars, operator of The LivingRoom. For privacy questions, contact us at foodbarsbg@gmail.com or at 14 Yanko Sakazov St., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the information you provide about your preferred date, occasion, guest count, and preferences.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss the event, and, if you choose to proceed, take steps toward a booking and agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who receives it
Your data is processed only by Foodbars and by the providers required to operate the website and deliver your enquiry: Vercel for hosting, FormSubmit for form delivery, and our email provider. They process the data only to provide those services.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 3 months after the last communication unless a booking, agreement, or legal obligation requires a longer period. FormSubmit states that submitted forms are retained for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. Contact foodbarsbg@gmail.com to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies and automated decisions
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
